Intake Team
The Intake Team is a subset of PIF volunteers and consists of Creekside residents who are all retired medical professionals. When PIF receives a “Request for Help,” a member of the team interviews and determines the needs of the resident. The team then coordinates the PIF services available and periodically checks in with the resident. Referrals to the Intake Team come from a PIF Board member, family member, friend or neighbor, as well as from the resident needing help. The Intake Team volunteers coordinate services but do not provide medical advice or care.
