Getting Help
Requests may be made by residents, a resident’s family, neighbor, friend, PIF board member or a volunteer. All requests are confidential.
We utilize "Meal Train" and "SignUpGenius" to manage requests
There are several ways to request assistance:
- Reach out to any member of the PIF Board
- Send an email to Creeksidebp1@gmail.com - this account is monitored by PIF officers
- Ask the Hemingway Hall receptionist (919-864-2505) to contact PIF on your behalf
If sending the request by email, please include the following:
- Details of the need so that the request is routed correctly
- Contact information (name, address, phone number, email address)
