The Creekside PIF Medical Equipment Loan Closet is a community resource that provides durable medical equipment to Creekside residents experiencing temporary disabilities, recovering from surgery or illness, or facing short-term mobility challenges.

Equipment is provided on a temporary loan basis at no cost to residents. At the end of the standard loan period, the PIF Intake Team will work with the resident to determine whether an extension is needed or whether the equipment should be returned so it can be made available to others.

When equipment is returned, it is again cleaned, sanitized, and inspected to ensure it is safe and ready for the next resident in need.
